Penny is a Charter member of the South Carolina Chapter. She has held numerous offices over the years and continues as the newsletter editor. The newsletter is now being put onto the web site for your review at any time.

Penny is the Center Manager for the Medically Fragile Children's Program in Easley. The MFCP is part of Palmetto Health Baptist - Easley.
